Dr. Cross is perhaps the most thoughtful director I have worked with, both in regard to the careful compassion she shows her actors, and to the high level of preparation and knowledge she brings to the work. Her dedication to her craft shines through at each rehearsal, and she has, on numerous occasions, inspired me to reimagine and grow past the limits of what I thought I could achieve as an actor. ~Olivia Sloss
